MIT And The Ketchup Bottle

There was a need and they saw it, and now the wizards at MIT have put their considerable talents into bringing us - a better ketchup bottle!  What they have come up with is a food-safe superhydrophobic coating for the inside of condiment bottles. The coating really, really resists wetting. This builds upon other superhydrophobic products that help keep clothes clean and to make electronic circuit boards "waterproof".
