Google Computers Know Cats!

So, the story is that Google researchers lashed together 16,000 computers and let them try to "learn" stuff via a bunch of data from Google's YouTube. The computers thought about it for a while, and came up with...cats. Yep, not only are there apparently lots of cat videos on YouTube, but the computers' artificial intelligence supposedly figured out what they were and even came up with a composite image of a cat's face (below). I don't know what all that portends for the future of neural networks and artificial intelligence, but I guess computers like cats.
