Windows 10 Spartan Browser Seems Familiar

The new web Spartan web browser that will be part of Windows 10 is now "official" following Microsoft's Windows 10 event, and frankly looks and sounds quite a bit like Google's Chrome browser. That's not necessarily a bad thing, although I tend to be a Firefox person myself. Spartan has a built-in PDF viewer (check), a sleek design (check), and integration with a voice activated assistant (check). While Google Chrome uses Google Now, Spartan will use Cortana - cheekily named after an AI character in Microsoft's popular Halo game franchise. Spartan may end up being one more aspect of Windows 10 that draws some more users to it when it finally becomes available.
