Check Windows 10 Privacy Settings After The November Update

Some anecdotal reporting indicates that the Windows 10 November update may be resetting privacy and personalized app settings. It's unclear what the scope of this is yet, but it's probably worthwhile at least reviewing your privacy settings.

With all the discussion surrounding the default privacy settings in Windows 10, it would be unfortunate if they are indeed being reset, even if only by accident.

In my case, the November update took about an hour (admittedly on a low-power PC), and some settings did appear to change; a few security settings changed and most apps that I had removed from the Start area reappeared.

A quick guide to privacy settings is here.
